I was LUCKY enough to find Nancy with Petals and Moss to be the florist for my October wedding. Nancy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I didn't have a clear floral vision for my wedding but Nancy collaborated and helped make suggestions within my price range. Nancy was always quick to respond and very understanding of last minute changes. The wedding day florals were even more beautiful that I could have ever envisioned thanks to her expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend Nancy with Petals and Moss for any special event.

Avas flowers is the worst company I everything had the displeasure of dealing with.Their customer service is horrible. I was told the flowers I ordered would be delivered the same daybut they were not.The rep had me in the phone for an hour trying to work out an issue I was having that never should've happened in the first place!! Do not order from this pathetic company. They lie and do not deliver when they say they will. I even expressed it was very important that the flowers be delivered the same day I ordered them!! Very unprofessional.

From the moment I met her and saw how lovely everything in her shop was I knew I could trust her to take care of everything! Ordered online Wednesday night for a Friday morning local delivery 1/4 mile down the street. Received a friendly email response the next morning. I explained again the flowers needed to be delivered by 10 a.m. She responded she would do her best which made me nervous. I would have preferred a yes or no answer. The flowers were delivered on time and my wife sent me a picture which looked nice. When she came I was shocked at the small size....I measured it and it was 7" tall and though pretty, not many flowers at all. Cost was $60.71. I expected something much, much larger for that price. Changed the water and made sure it was full. Arrangement completely dead by Monday morning. Beyond disappointed.......

Private message was sent to customer. Our regular shop hours are 11-5pm deliveries are made in those hours, and will be accommodated if possible. Best to call in the order if you have a special request, and query on size of arrangement.
