Convenient Medical Care

Dr. Merrihew is a good doctor I think but his wife Peggy is horrible. She is rude and it's all about the money with her. I'm Giving Convenient Medical Center a one-star because of how she treated me last time I was there and because I think she needs to retire. She is miserable and unkind to patients.

The gal (Keri ? Sheri?) who took my vital signs , was friendly funny and very empathetic. Dr. Merrihew was absolutely perfect. Apologetic about the time I had to wait and of course very knowledgeable and skilled.. And so NICE.

I really liked Dr. Merrihew. I felt he was very helpful and listened to my concerns. The nursing staff as well has typically been pleasant. However there has always been an issue with them sending my medication and receiving proper care in timely fashion. I waited in the room for an hour yesterday to receive a 10 minute conversation about my medication mind you I was expecting to see my doctor. When I got to the pharmacy after waiting all day for them to be sent it was not at all what we discussed. I did vocally speak my concerns twice in regards to their incompetence and the provider who takes patients when my doctor is not available did not like to hear me speak my mind. My recommendation is Find an office who cares and move along. Some of these people are only there for your money and really don’t care about your needs and concerns. Good luck everyone!
