image Anna introduced me to Pilates in fall 2021. I had a painful back injury, had just moved across country, and like everyone else had spent months hunched over a laptop instead of working at a normal desk. Within six weeks my back pain was GONE. I am stronger and feel better in my body than I have in years. Anna is warm and delightful, but she will also kick your ass; I leave sessions drenched in sweat and feeling wonderful. I cannot say enough good about Anna and hope to work with her for years to come.

image I took my first pilates class ever at Pilates Pound RIdge 2 years ago now and it has really changed my body more than any other exercise I have done.  The core strength I now have makes me stronger in all physical aspects and I no longer wake up with aches and pains like I used to.  The classes here are so small that everyone gets an amazing amount of personal attention so it really is like a personal training session most of the time.  The instructor Anna Zullo is energetic and inspiring and really knows her stuff, from every little muscle you have in your body to every move that effects them.  She loves what she does and it makes for a class with great energy and is a real mood booster as well as a great workout.  I would highly recommend this pilates studio to everyone, from true beginners to seasoned pilates warriors.
