I've been using Pound Ridge Cleaners for over a year now and they are fantastic. They pick up and deliver every week and are extremely reliable. Most important our clothes come back looking absolutely pristine. I think they even remove pills from our sweaters. I've never been as happy with a dry cleaner. I can also send minor alters and repairs with my weekly cleaning and those are done perfectly. Great cleaner.

highly recommend! best cleaner i've ever used. been working with them for years. great at regular cleaning (we have a weekly pickup at our house). wonderful at specialty work including repairs, adjustments, and custom creations (they made some delightful pillows for us!).

Would give 0 stars if possible. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the seamstress acts like an animal. I brought in a top and pair of jeans for repairs. When I picked up both 3 days later, only the jeans were fixed. When I brought this to the seamstresses attention politely, she started to scream at me and claim she did fix it. I showed her the obvious hole that was still in the front of shirt and she turned it over and showed random stitches she made on the back of the shirt. They were totally unnecessary being there was no hole on the back?? She was throwing a complete fit and causing such a rude scene, I couldnt believe her behavior. I asked her to fix what I originally asked and pointed out the correct hole then she ripped the shirt out of my hands and stormed off. Needless to say, find a different dry cleaner and tailor unless you want that witch of a woman to scream at you if she makes a minor mistake. Never going back Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
