The weather was uncertain so he kept in contact with us to come up with the best plan for setting up an obstacle course. Had a great experience using Bouncy Time Part Rentals. I would definitely use them again. They contacted me the day before to confirm times and adjust delivery due to rain. They adjusted delivery the day of again due to rain. We were lucky enough that the rain stopped right in time for the party. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly from quote to install and pickup.

We rented the Primary Castle for a Memorial Day party. It was a huge hit for the kids ages 2-10. The adults even had a few moment to jump around. Although the kids were sad to see the bounce house leave, the memories will last a long time. We placed the bounce house in the shade and even though it was 85 degrees out the kids had a blast! The Bouncy Time team was super professional and quick to answer my questions or concerns. The set up and tear down took little to no time. We will definitely use them again.

I love bouncy Time party rentals. I have rented for the past 3 or 4 years when my grandchildren come to visit. I have never been disappointed in the service or with what I have rented. We loved the climb and slide obstacle course. I appreciate having the inflatable delivered the night before and picked up the day after. We really ended up with the inflatable for almost 2 days .

I have rented bouncy houses from here and I have never been disappointed! Extremely kind staff and always great customer service! I will continue to rent from bouncy time! What a great experience!
