RDS is the only place around that can actually repair commercial office equipment, especially high volume printers. Real, mission critical office equipment that you need to keep your business up and running.
I despise retail and office supply based repair centers. The techs are morons. They sell low quality gear, when it breaks (and it will) they are unable or not authorized to repair it so they just have you buy a new one, annnnd repeat. When you buy a new one you need to throw away the old one, tie up IT or hire somebody to install it on your network, blegh.
These folks are professional HP technicians who know what they are doing. They are very honest and fair to deal with. This is the only place that I trust to touch my high value equipment.
