Katie did an amazing job getting us into our home in Potsdam. We originally looked at a house she was listing months ago, and she made it possible for us to visit and make an offer with little notice. We found a different house and Katie helped with a virtual tour, had great recommendations for inspectors, and made the process as smooth as could be. Professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Katie Geidel did an amazing job from start to finish with helping me find an amazing home. She was so accommodating with her schedule for showings, home inspections, the walkthrough, you name it. She even FaceTimed me when I was unable to be at the house to give me an update. She was quick to respond to any messages or questions I had and always found me the answers I needed. She made the process feel easy and made me feel relaxed.. not to mention during a pandemic! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with buying a home! I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

We had the privilege to have Katie Geidel as our realtor after spending a couple months searching for houses without one. She was exceptional! We told her what we were looking for and our price range and she was able to find multiple houses that fit that description. She was very informative about the whole process as we did not know anything revolving around purchasing a house. She was very supportive during times that we thought we would not find a house and in a matter of a short time period with her we were able to find our dream house!
