The instructors are experienced yogis, they provided support during the COVID-19 pandemic providing online classes. In my experience yoga is aN efficient tool in easing stress and anxiety.

Amazing place and staff. They’re conscientious about safety procedures and have a dedicated following, some of whom travel from other towns. Classes are either outside, on zoom (can replay), or small indoor classes in their huge serene studio with precautions: fresh air, air purifiers, and more than enough distance. There's something for everyone here, and every body, whatever your age or condition. Perfect antidote to pandemic stress and being hunched over from all our computer use.
