Many of the complaints about Drive would be solved if only Drive allowed distributors to take care of their customers. But they have an upside down pricing regime. Drive sells its goods super cheap to Amazon (at half of the price offered to distributors). Distributors cannot compete and are unable to take care of customer issues and complaints.

They have faulty products on the market and when the issues are brought up to them, they could care less to address them. I have one of their shower chairs. It's so poorly built that from day one, the legs bend and I fell off the chair. Junky product and once I called them to tell them about it, they didn't move a finger. Horrible experience with a horrible company.

I purchased a Drive Offset Cane w/ Gel Grip Handle. When I opened the literature that came with the cane, there was a California Prop 65 Warning on it! When I called about it, the customer service lady, Ailene Cee laughed & told me that as long as I did not put the painted part of the cane in my mouth, I was fine! My grandchildren & I handle my canes & I'd be afraid that they may then inadvertently put their hands to their mouths after touching these canes!! I am totally disgusted with a Medical Device company that puts cancer causing chemicals in their canes. I was told by Ailene that ALL of their products have this warning on them!! I will NEVER again purchase from a company that has such disregard for their customers!!! I would give these products a 0 star if I could!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
