Raj is the BEST. He's a perfectionist. Its so refreshing to find an honest autobody guy. He only uses OEM parts on your car and never cuts corners.

Im not normally fond of body shops but Haven seems to be the exception. The owner, Raj, is a consummate professional, respectful and all around good guy. Makes the experience painless, explains everything that is happening, and most importantly runs a tight, clean shop that does good work. Highly recommend.

Raj and Haven Auto Body are incredible. My wife got into an accident with my relatively new, leased SUV and it was badly damaged. New to the area, we read a bunch of local body shop reviews. We had intended on getting estimates from at least a couple of other shops, but felt comfortable starting right away after meeting Raj, the owner of Haven Auto Body. During our initial consultation, Raj's expertise was evident. He also seemed adept at navigating the insurance industry, because he, himself, was previously an insurance adjuster and knows all the things that insurance companies try to get away with. He made sure to fight with our insurance carrier to get them to approve all new, certified parts from the manufacturer, because he knew that our dealership wouldn't allow me to return the car at the end of the lease with the parts that the insurance company initially tried to propose. Raj exceeded all our expectations. He was extremely communicative and returned our car to us ahead of schedule. His work looked phenomenal. When I got my car back and returned to work my co-workers thought I had gotten a new car. It truly looked stunning. (Raj detailed the interior and exterior of my car as a courtesy.) More importantly, the car drives perfectly. After the accident, the suspension and alignment were a mess. Now, you would never know that my SUV was in a bad accident. My wife and I can't recommend Haven Auto body strongly enough. Hopefully, we won't be back there anytime soon, but if we ever need any work done, we will definitely return to Haven Auto Body! From the moment I walked in, their team took personal ownership of the entire repair process. They didn't just fix the visible damages; they inspected, found additional issues, and negotiated with the insurance company to get coverage on my behalf. I was particularly impressed when they haggled to get a full replacement for a compromised bumper that the insurance company wanted repaired. It's rare to find a business so committed to ensuring the best outcome for their customers. And the detailing? My car now sparkles like the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. They've restored the paint and chrome to its former glory, making it look brand new! They even arranged a rental car for me, which was conveniently dropped off and picked up at the shop. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was their only customer. If you find yourself in need of a trustworthy, efficient, and thorough auto body shop, I highly recommend Haven Auto Body as a stand out for their customer service and quality work. They made a potentially stressful situation incredibly easy.
