Very peaceful, so happy we found a place to buy here. Best thing for our family and the baby loves the outdoors and country setting. So much wildlife.

My reason for a negative review is the new landlord Mike's favoritism of tenants. He's biased and sides with problem tenants rather than decent tenants, like us trying to live our lives peacefully and drama free. Myself and my wife were constantly being harassed by a tenant named Alejandra for no reason. Not only does Alejandra harass us she has her family living across from us and her friends gang up on us to join in on the harassment and stick up for her. Harassment derived from nothing other than jealousy. Landlord believes Alejandra over us and sides with her. We are in trouble, not Alejandra. Alejandra is allowed to fall behind more than us on rent and not threatened with eviction. We fall behind even though we were making an effort to pay and we are evicted. It wasn't even a legal eviction.
