When we first contacted RBD we had no real plan or idea as to how our website was going to look Rachel and her RBD Team gave us different concept ideas and designing ideas. They turned our stress around. They took over and in charge helping our business focus on other things that needed our attention. Our web re-design has lasted well over a year. At launch there were many, and remain many challenges in the publishing of a finished product of quality and efficiency. The response times to resolve have been slow to absent for weeks compromising business and our service to fee based clients. We are hopeful for a positive end to a long and frustrating engagement for service.
