I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for years now and he has always been such an amazing health care professional. Yes, there is sometimes a long wait, but it is always worth it when you are seeing one of the best doctors on Long Island. I am writing this review for one of his staff members, Fortine M. I had a slight issue with my appointment three days ago and she was so helpful. I was having difficulty getting through to my primary physician to obtain a referral and Fortine immediately got to working on it and got it in a matter of minutes. She was so kind and patient with me while I went back and forth with my doctors office. I definitely would love to meet her again at another visit.
