Monster was the best! We have an old beautiful Birch in the back yard that we wanted to get assessed. Of all the Arboristst we talked to, Liz from Monster had the broadest approach, and asked the most questions. All of her questions and conversation were about keeping the tree healthy. The others mostly jumped right into trimming as the first and only option, but Liz also offered a number of other things we could do to promote the health of this tree that we love. Because we also have a bat in the house, we've been advised to trim the tree back from the house slightly, so when Jason and another gentleman came to do the trim they were really helpful. They were incredibly careful of the tree and it's new shoots, and also super speedy! Definitely a Monster fan.

I needed tree trimming and some large branch removal hanging over my house. Some branches had fallen on my roof due to a recent ice storm. I wanted a highly professional company with arborist expertise to do the work since it's my neighbor's tree and he was concerned about tree damage. Monster Tree had good reviews and I too am giving them 5 stars. Liz is the arborist that reviewed the project with me, and she was great. Very knowledgeable and gave me several options at reasonable prices. The team that arrived to do the work were also very professional and personable - and they work for Monster Tree, not some contractor. They got the job done quickly, safely, and cleaned up my yard.
