        Post vaccinations, we stayed on first floor and enjoyed homeyness of the atmosphere, the sitting room and bedroom, the attitude and disposition of Tom the proprietor, the location and ease of our stay. They were not serving breakfast and no maid service as COVID restrictions were still in place. Our mattress was very comfortable and private bathroom nice and up to date. Will definitely return. Probably could be noisy in the height of the season but not our experience.

        Lovely place in the heart of Phoenicia. Cute rooms, well priced, and very sweet hosts. This is our go-to in the Catskills.

        Cozy, clean and warm with a welcoming host (Tom), who had plenty of great regional knowledge to share. Would definitely book again and/or recommend to anyone looking to lodge within walking distance of some great trails.
