Mount Sinai Doctors Westchester

This is for your Dr. Shalina Shaik. I am one of her previous patients. I recognize her as the person that saved my life. I visited several Dr.s before her with various symptoms. Dr. Shaik was able to add my issues up and got me to the specialists I needed. She was my primary care physician for several years before her move to your facility. I truly miss her. You and her clients are incredibly lucky to have Dr. Shaik.

The front desk staff is very nice.  All the doctors that I have seen were very nice and their bedside manner has been very good as well. They sit and they talk with you, they explain what needs to be done, they give you options and also listen to what you have to say.  there's never a long wait and the place is nice and quiet and clean. And the best part about it is that there is parking for the patients as well. if you get there at a good time, you can usually find a parking space otherwise there is street parking close by.

I have see 4 endocrinologist and Dr Babu is the worst one. I had an appt and concerns and she denied me help.

My mother has been going here to see Dr. Cardona. Weve tried countless times to get in contact with her to clarify double prescribed blood pressure medications. 3 months later and still cant get a call back. We ask for management and was told manage my was fired and there is no covering. I told them its urgent we clarify blood pressure medications and still no call back. The answering lines always take the message and Im not sure if its ever delivered. This is unsafe, especially for the elderly. Would be transferring to Montefiore clinics instead.
