I chose Comfort Keepers based on their great Google reviews and I have to say, they do own up to all of them. Starting from my very first phone call to Comfort Keepers, Ive experienced nothing but professionalism, politeness and pleasantries. I am very grateful to Rosa since she was very helpful with bringing me clarity and assisting with expediting the process to get the care my mom needs. The aides they have working for them are very caring and do a great job. Everyday my mind is at ease knowing my moms needs are being more than just met. My mom just finished her first week with Comfort Keepers. She is very happy. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers!!!!

I previously had another company to oversee the care of my 96 year old bedridden husband which unfortunately didn't work out. Comfort Keepers started caring for him a few weeks ago. I am so impressed with this company, from our first encounter we were treated with respect and kindness from the team. Comfort Keepers really do their homework, from selecting the best loving caregivers to match my husbands needs to accommodating my needs for the hours worked. The aides are gentle with my husband and treat him with the dignity he so rightly deserves and I am so happy that he loves them too. I sincerely recommend Comfort Keepers to care for your loved ones. I can now leave the house to run errands knowing that my husband is in good hands.

The way they value their employees and the commitment they have to their clients is evident in the quality care provided . The Peekskill office is truly filled with caring and committed staff . Rosa leads the team and goes out of her way to accommodate clients and families in need . Barbara provides the utmost professional and caring nursing oversight and Rebecca works wonders managing client and caregiver schedules to maintain continuous client care . Comfort Keepers is first class all the way. When we needed help for my elderly parents they were at the house the next day. The girls they sent were polite and so caring. We have had two other Agency's before and as soon as Comfort Keepers took over our case I could see everything was running smoothly. What a difference. Everyone that works at for the Agency from the Administration, nurses, and helpers are so kind and willing to do anything. I wish I could give them more stars...I am so grateful to have finally found a good Agency that I trust with my loved ones. Viv Hayward

Rosa is a tower of strength & reliability. She is extremely patient & sympathetic. Diana, whom I've known for several years, is extremely dedicated and very highly responsible. Candice has been invaluable because of her technical expertise.
