Spinak Medical Eye Center

I found the staff mostly unfriendly. And the whole process took over 2 hours with about 15 minutes of time with the doctor and nurse combined. Will not be returning.

Horrible experience with the staff, I heard them gossiping about me to each other while I was waiting. They mocked me at the front desk when I asked about why I had to pay a large amount when my insurance is in network and I have a $0 deductible. Waited over an hour for the Dr to come and when he finally did he saw me for 5 minutes and brushed off most of my questions.

Been going here since I was little, so about 20 years. Recently had lasik eye surgery by Dr. Andrew Spinak, and it has been life changing! Fully trust them here.

Had to wait an hour to see the nurse for one minute, just to wait again in the back waiting room for another 45 minutes to be told I wouldnt see a doctor for another 30 minutes. Dont come here if you have obligations to do after your appointment because they will make you wait hours just to be seen. The entire waiting room was complaining, sounds like they overbook just to make more money. Terrible office! Wont be going back!
