The food was good, but was more warm than hot. The coffee was good and hot, but was in a paper cup. The water was in a small paper cup instead of a large tumbler like I can get other places. The waitress was prompt, but didn't keep my coffee and water from running out. Karen's kept me from going hungry, but didn't leave me happy that I had been there.
