I saw January Reavis on 10/28/2020 for a color correction on my permanent makeup eyebrows. January told me she could correct the color she did on my brows from Grey to Brown if I paid her 250.00. After two sessions with January, she couldn't fix the color of my eyebrows, they were still grey. January then left a message telling me if I paid her another 250.00 she could fix the color of my brows. If she could fix my eyebrows why didn't she fix them when I paid her the first 250.00? She is incompetent and ripping patients off. She thinks I'm her personal ATM.

Love DrReavis and his staff are amazing love talking to Dr Reavis love how he explained stuff and such friendly man and doctor love this Doctors office all are so wonderful glad have Dr Reavis as my Gynecologist the staff is great long time the best always A+

Weeks ago we called the office to make an appointment for the 8 week pregnancy appointment. They took our insurance information over the phone and made an appointment. Fast forward to today, I took the day off of work in order to be with my wife for the first visit of her pregnancy and to hear the heartbeat on the sonogram. Once we arrived they asked us to fill out paper work and that's when they tell us that they don't take our insurance. Because of their ineptitude not only do I miss out on a days work but we had to scramble to find another Dr to make an appointment quickly. Now I am going to miss the first appointment and sonogram because the I cannot make the new appointment. Long story short, I would verify multiple times prior to making an appointment with them that they are competent enough to write down and comprehend the information they are given.
