        Excellent customer Service. The representatives were thorough.. They explained step by step what the care involves. The aide was polite and fit the needs of my family. I would recommend this agency to anyone in need of service. **If you call them on the weekend , they always respond *** Excellent Company. EFF.

        I’m sorry Adam Renna that you had an unpleasant experience with right at home. However, you have to keep in mind that it’s difficult to find reliable aids. Sometimes, people agree to do a case and either 1) don’t go to the case or 2) call out at the last minute. You can’t blame the agency if people do not want to work. It also doesn’t make sense to post a negative review when the owner took her time to inform you and console you about the situation. “YOU CANT SAY YOU DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON” When you did!!! You cannot blame the agency over something the agency has no control over.

        Right at Home is very concerned about clients needs and status. Every client is important however based on the time sensitive issues surrounding a request, situations occur that might contribute to necessary changes. Unfortunately most times customers doesn't want to hear that an aide cancelled or they are running late . A certain amount of flexibility and understanding is required , especially in this industry at this time. The aim is to please everyone, and sometimes a company is just not able to do that . But one thing for sure, we will do our best with communications and sometimes substitutions. The aim is to be perfect... However we will always be here and to go the extra mile to ensure that you TRUST YOUR FAMILY NEMBERS TO SOMEONE WHO CARES... Right at Home, Patchogue, NY
