DO NOT RECOMMEND, ordered flowers yesterday and was told it be delivered today and when I called to check in no answered. The flowers were for someone in the hospital recovering from surgery and to be told and promise to deliver and be lied to is disgraced.

I used White Rose Florist for my wedding last month. Cathy went above and beyond to make sure our bouquets were perfect! They turned out better than I envisioned in my mind. She made sure they were delivered to not 1 but 2 different locations and was on time. She also was very good with communication and kept us in the loop at all times. Would highly recommend her for any occasion.

Poor Customer Service.. called and got a run around ... could not even give direct answers felt like they did not want to be bothered... I'll take my business to a place with more experience better service and better pricing. Do not reccomend...

I have never liked ordering flowers online so I called a couple local places to have flowers delivered to a funeral and a friend in Newark. I was not happy with the shops responses until I called White Rose Florist. Cathy O’Connor was friendly and very accommodating. She helped me pick out beautiful arrangements. Her selection is great. And she delivered everything within the times I asked. I just used her a second time for birthday flowers to delivered to Rochester. Although she was busy she called another shop that was able to deliver to the area. I am letting you know if you want personal, friendly, and excellent customer service (especially you are not living locally) call White Rose Florist.
