If you like the feel of a local tavern, this place is for you. It seemed like most of the customers knew each other. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. It seemed like we arrived at just the right time. At 4:45 p.m. on a Saturday, the place was nearly full. At 5 p.m. it was full. The staff was beyond kind and patient with our kids. We ordered a pizza for two kids, chicken popcorn and fries for another. Prime rib and burger for us. With drinks and tips, it was under a hundred dollars. I couldn't be happier! Kid-friendliness: Each member of the staff made my very shy children feel extremely comfortable. They talked directly to them and made them feel special. They then confirmed their choices with Mama.

Love Fran's Landing! Everything about this place is fantastic. The ownership and staff are friendly and accommodating and the cuisine is top-notch across the board. They also have lots of local and other nostalgia displayed for your viewing pleasure. One of the places I love to go for a bite to eat. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous!
