I want to say thank you to the entire shop my BMW needed front end work done and I took it into Pine Hollow auto I was told what was needed and from then on very professional and very knowledgeable and straight forward kept me up to date . We were in the Oyster Bay area from Delaware for a funeral when my alternator died on my Rav4 on a Saturday on the way to the grave side service (about 11am). A local friend gave me Pine Hollow's #. The mechanics came out to my location, installed a new battery & ordered the alternator, belt & tension pulley. Got me back to their garage and had everything installed & ready to go before 3pm. All at a reasonable price. I was able to still go to the funeral after party without major disruption to my day. I cannot thank them enough! These guys are fantastic! The local family who gave me their # has been using them for years. Service: Battery
