I accidentally bid on an item of theirs on the Invaluable app - I called them twice while the auction was still live, got no answer, left a message and sent an email letting them know of the technological mishap. A day later I got a blunt "We regret that bids cannot be withdrawn after the auction has ended per terms of auction." I sent a follow up email right away and didn't get a response until I got a voicemail 4 days later, sent them another email, explained again that I didn't want the item, so at the very least they should remove the $20 S&H costs (which were more than the item itself, which was one book) and I'd pay for the base cost of the lot since I was the one who accidentally bid. Would not recommend at all. Jerri Dodd doesn't know how to communicate politely via email.
