        I went back to my first weight Watchers meeting in 6 years, to see the new points system. I am a lifetime member since 1976. The smartpoints are so much better in steering me into healthy choices,and with an I phone it’s easier than ever. I took the first day to learn the way of it and ate normally and found I used over double the points for the day! But after that it was easy and easy to stay in my points, and I find I’m eating real food, like a sandwhich for lunch rather than salad all the time. My leader, Maureen is very motivating and engaging. They still try to sell WW products, but you really don’t need them. I bought a good scale years ago. This is the best Weight Watchers program since exchanges.
