I NEVER write reviews but I haven absolutely terrible experience. I was charged $75 in additional fees without being made aware and the company refuses to refund me. This was not for damage to the truck, this is for various additional fees that I was not told about at pickup even when I asked. I will NEVER use this company ever again. Absolutely appalled at the terrible customer service and lack and of communication.

I reserved a truck online and this office said that they got overbooked and there was a 50/50 chance I wouldn't get a truck. They said to call corporate customer service, so I did, and they said that a reservation reserves a price, not a truck (?!?!WHAT?!?!). They then they said they'd have an inventory manager call within 2 hours. I didn't get a call. I called again and they said I could wait another 2 hours to get a call from the inventory manager. I don't have 2 hours, as I need to move tomorrow. Use Penske, use UHaul, but DO NOT USE BUDGET.
