Heather was so kind to help fix a necklace purchased from an online website, not from her shop. This was a gift that had an error with clasp and I was unable to return. Heather fixed the clasp, and changed a birthstone jewel at no cost. Thank you Heather for your thoughtfulness and expertise! My husband Mike surprised me with a beautiful anniversary ring ...it is truly gorgeous..it matches my engagement and wedding band perfectly...we went to pick it out yesterday ...he wanted me to choose what I wanted.and he didn't know what my ring size was....The salesclerk, I believe her name was Heather ,was wonderful...so patient and kind...she knew I was totally in shock...She was fantastic, she even cleaned my wedding rings ...Thank you for a lovely shopping experience, the store is beautiful and I was treated like a queen...I will definitely be doing more business there in the future. Thanks for making my anniversary sooo special for me... I just found out that Heather is the owner of the shop...she's terrific...will definetly be back.
