        Staff was entirely unhelpful. They refuse to see me OR EVEN PROVIDE A REFERRAL despite having a perforated appendix and needing secured medical care.

        I've gone here for various appointments since this place opened. I generally never have good experiences with support staff or nurses. The PAs and doctors are usually nice, but clearly overworked. I usually dismiss the behavior and schedule appointments elsewhere in the southtowns when I can. Today though, I could not dismiss how absolutely filthy the exam room was. Sharing pictures, so others can make informed decisions before waiting months for an appointment. I will not be returning.

        I have nothing but praise since I left WNY Medical and came to BMG. The Doctors and staff on Mary Kate Kolbert's team have been great in all areas on my visits . The wait is short and the initial check in easy and prompt. I always feel comfortable and am glad to be here!
