I called Air-Tec for a tune-up on my furnace for the first time and it was a great choice ! Excellent service and Bill was outstanding ! Very friendly and he was very thorough ! I decided to get someone different this year and I lucked out and found a great company . I highly recommend Air-Tec Heating and Cooling ! Have you ever had someone completely wipe down your furnace before he leaves your house ! Thank-you again Air-Tec Heating & Cooling

I called Air-Tec on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and my furnace was fixed by 10:30am. I was lucky Bill was in the area, but both times I've hired Air-Tec, the problem was resolved in a very timely manner. Bill is very professional, but yet personable at the same time. The receptionist is very friendly as well. This wasn't the first time I called Air-Tec and won't be the last.

Even though Bill couldn't help me with my issue, he gave me good advice on how to find someone who could and recommended someone else in case I need it. Did not charge me for the visit. I appreciated the advice.
