They didn’t follow required protocol by the inspector. Refused to communicate with the inspector. And the owner was extremely unprofessional.

My father and I have just recently used Superior Mold Solutions (SMS) for a rental property we own. Nobody wants to be told they have a black mold infestation because of the possible health problems it brings plus the cost of the remediation. Gabe the owner of SMS is a very knowledgeable and experienced specialist in the mold remediation field. When dealing with black mold you want a experienced specialist instead of a fly by night organization to handle this critical job. Gabe and his employee explained exactly what they were going to do. They also told us what chemcials were going to be used to kill the mold and that it would be sealed in there with epoxy. SMS sealed off the rest of the apartment with a plastic barrier so the mold as well as the chemicals were not exposed to the rest of the environment. Halfway through the process Gabe showed my father and I pictures of before and after the treatment. What an amazing difference. If you find yourself in a situation where you have no other choice but to have mold remediation work done I highly recommend Gabe and his crew at Superior Mold Solutions. Gabe went out of his way to get the work done in a timely fashion I am closing on a house and it had to be done as soon as possible and he made it happen very easy to work with and great communication I highly recommend looking no further then superior mold solutions
