        I temporarily moved from Binghamton to Oneonta(I kept my place in Binghamton) and my job requires I travel long distances plus going back and forth between Oneonta and Binghamton. I asked for an upgrade to my service to allow for more tow miles in case of emergency. They said no because my membership ends in March. I have to wait until then. That is over 6 months in winter. I am very disappointed in AAA.

        Well so far today we've waited over an hour for a rep who then told us they would not tow to a repair shop but only to our home and then hung up. Can't connect on web site either.
