We have had work done by them over the years due to deer collisions. However recently(2months ago) my son had an accident with my old Saturn. The bumper needed to be replaced. I went to theses folks and the lady that does the logistics for the shop said that she would order the bumper and call me to arrange the repair. I went in several times to check and seemed she was just blowing smoke at me. If you do not want to do the job because there is no money in it, or for whatever reason be honest. I will go elsewhere in the future. Service: Body & Trim

There are NO Words, good enough to describe these People, and This Business. I was treated with the Utmost Respect and Empathy with My Situation. Lydia and Her Husband were VERY Helpful, Supportive and Empathetic in my Time of Need! **A little background** I hit a deer back in February of 2023, My Husband Told me we were going to fix my Car. Instead when My Tax Return Hit the Joint bank account, he took the Money and Ran -He ended up leaving me with only $2,400.00. Not only was I devastated About My Marriage, but I was Also Immobile. Not having a car was VERY hard. Until I remember the Job Precision Collision did on my car before. (Headlight and Front Bumper repair from a deer back in 2021.) They were the only people who did a Beautiful Job on My Car, Harriet. So I quickly picked up the phone and gave them a ring around 3pm. Lydia answered promptly after the second ring. She was very sweet and Inviting. She asked questions and got to Educate herself on my Situation a little better. I was COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT with her regarding My Finances, and the things he was doing to me. She Told me that they Wanted to tow it Immediately. They arranged for a Tow to get my car off His Property, WITHOUT the keys. (I had no way to get it to them.) She was very Concerned and Focused On Getting my Car to the shop before they did anything to it and she made it a priority. It was a weight off my Chest to have her Work so diligently for me!! The VERY NEXT MORNING at around 7:45am, I got Word that My Car was being towed back to the shop!! SO FAST! Once there, they Looked over my Girl and see what Damages she acquired. They Came Up with a List Of Parts and Pieces that I needed to make her work and run again. Lydia also Quoted me for different Jobs. (Labor+Parts+Paint, Etc.) We worked very closely on Getting parts, and finding them and making them work. Throughout the Process of having my Car Fixed, she was Very Honest, She kept an Open Line of Communication at ALL TIMES, Not Just THROUGH the Phone, but Via EMAIL, as well!! Thank you to the Guys who brought my Girl Back to Life. Thank you for your time, energy, effort and skills to Make It happen. Your determination has brought back Hope in my Life just by making me Mobile again. There was absolutely No stressful Parts to this Process whatsoever. At the end of it all, they Only Had decided to Charge Me $1,000.00 for the Labor. I am Extremely Blessed and Grateful to have entrusted Precision Collision with My Car. And I couldnt have found, or wanted anyone better, to do this Job. I had already found the Best. I will ALWAYS recommend This Auto Body Shop. Not only were they diligent in every aspect of their Jobs, but their Compassionate Was Priceless Thank you, AGAIN SOOOO MUCH!! My Recommendations: -This Place, No Where Else!!Pros: -Empathy -Diligence and Hard Working -Takes Pride in the Job they Do -Honest Business and People! -Financially Understanding -Kind and Understanding Owners/People -Communication is SUPERB!! -Speedy and Efficient -Supportive in All Aspects Cons: -NO CONS!!
