On their website it says they’re open, but no one is there and the phone goes right to voicemail. None of their phone numbers work, I don’t even know if this business is operating but it’s pretty lame of them to leave their info up if they’re not even open.

Went to this place and find sheets across the front windows with a scribbled piece of paper saying parking in.rear no entrance,go to back and parking in back,I go to back after walking around the place,no place to park unless you drive a midget car,go find another place to park and finally find some rear doors and not a one of them says Ace of Diamonds Jewelry, so I try calling, no answer just straight to voice mail, no I'm not leaving my Jewelry, no way in hell that's gonna happen, very poor business arrangement!!!

Worst jewelry store ever! Go somewhere else to get your jewelry repairs! I had left my watch here for a battery change and I never got it back. I called repeatedly for over a month and either got the run around or the owner never answered during business hours. This place is a scam and should never be trusted.

I would not give even one star!!!! Very rude and unprofessional. I dropped off a ring to be sized that was very important to me. I voiced upon dropping it off that I was nervous and just wanted to get it back in a timely manner. That was over one month ago. I have repeatedly been given the run around by the owner. I was told by her last week. 1/21/20 that it would be there within the week. When I called today, I was very rudely and unprofessionly told by the owner that she was busy with a customer. She would get back to me. Then she hung up on me. I really just want my ring back. It makes me very sad to know that a business owner just does not care about the customers they are serving. I suggest you think twice before leaving anything of value to you at Ace of Diamonds Jewelry!!!!
