WalmartRx -your Rx is out of stock. We've ordered it and we will text in 1-2 days when ready for pickup.
I am livid 1-2 days??? Try 4 or 5 and that's if you even ordered it (this is about the 15th time in less than a year). They have my 12 year old daughter off of her meds after she just got out of The hospital because you guys can't keep your stuff in stock. And it's a common med. Worst pharmacy ever.

Pharmacist is unbelievably rude. She acts like she has authority over the doctor. She refused to give me my father's meds because I couldn't answer a question. She called his Dr and said my story didn't match the day of onset symptoms or his diagnosis. I'm confused why I have to explain what day my father's symptoms started to a pharmacist? If the Dr called in a med, obviously they felt he needed it. I was shocked to learn I had to justify to a pharmacist why they were called in. And because I could not answer (I was only asked to pick them up, I did not question my parents about it) they were not given to me. Now an 83 year old man is without his meds tonight.

The counter help can be quite rude that deal with the customers, sorry you have to work , really sad now days. not as bad speaking to most of the pharmacist thankfully ???
