The folks here are friendly and very knowledgeable. Spouse took our vehicle here ( she did not remember the gentlemans name) and was helped.

I have been a customer of this business for years. I have had vehicles fixed, purchased new tires (one year, I bought three sets for myself and children) and oil changes. I am not sure if this business has changed hands or not but I don't like what happened. If you purchase tires from Silver city, they rotate them for free. It works like a warranty and proves that you took care of the tires. Most people rotate their tires when they get an oil change, as I do. This last time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, it cost me $99. Shocked, I asked why it cost so much as it was double the normal charge. I was informed that the price of oil went up. Wow!. I paid the bill. When I went home, I pulled out my reading glasses to take a better look at the bill. The tire rotation was free. The oil change had a $40.00 labor charge added to it and a $3.00 washer fluid add. No thank you. I didn't ask for any fluid to be added and I will never again pay a separate labor charge for an oil change. I will go back for the free tire rotations, but other than that, they have lost my business.
