Good luck trying to reach this company. I was able to reach them by dialing the number then kept pressing 0, 0, 0 ,0 and finally able to speak to a real person however they already have scripted answers to all your questions and concerns and there does not appear to be anyway they can assist. I have been gone all month, my AC turned to high and my bill is the same as when I was there, and their apparent answer is the same, your bill is consistent to other months or last year at this same time usage, however, I explained I have not been home for over a month and that is not their concern, just the same scripted response. Very unfair and we have no one to turn to.
