Ive been to Affinity Skilled Rehabilitation and Nursing Center a few times. Everything about this Nursing Home is amazing. The Staff is professional, nice, friendly and always helping to make sure your stay there is the best! From the administrative to social work, staff to the rehab staff and financial staff they are always helping to make sure their patients are taken care. Its an amazing facility whatever rehabilitation you are considering from short term to long-term. In addition, they opened up a new unit which is absolutely beautiful. Kudos to an amazing staff and if you ever need services like this, they are # 1!

I have visited Affinity several times visiting friends. I have found the staff to always be helpful. They definitely do a better job training their staff than other nursing homes. I have been to. Very impressed!

If youre looking for a place thats clean this is it its very clean, but looks can be deceiving. You also need medical attention and addition to physical therapy then this is not the place I found the aids to have major attitudes to be very lazy and the nurses who make judgment calls on their own I am really afraid my discharge from here will be in a body bag. Therapist seem to be good if you have a parent that youre considering this place for make sure you walk around stay for a while and see how patients are treated I was in one of the common areas and there was a woman in a wheelchair and she was asking to go to the bathroom. There were a bunch of aids and nurses standing around and she was saying it loud enough, nobody came to her attention. Then there was also a man sitting next to her, and he started to vomit. Nobody helped him either. They just let him vomit all over the floor I did. I complained to the admissions Director and the social worker and they did try to fix the situation The director of recreation is very kind and then arranges fun activities. I had proposed new compensation plan for the nurses The call button must be answered within five minutes and then, depending upon what the request is for example, if the resident needs to get to the bathroom, should be done within 15 minutes then at the end of the week the resident will evaluate the staff on a scale of one to 10 anything less than all tens and whoever was working that shift failed and does not get paid for the shift. They must work as a team and help each other and not make excuses so its just like anything else in Make sure you do your due diligence just because of place is clean doesnt mean the care is the best
