Worst experience I've had at Liberty and I've been going there for 15 years. Not only was I charged significantly more than ever before for the tax preparation but I'm still waiting for my return because mistakes were made and now I'm getting $1,400 less than I was told by the woman who prepared them. Unbelievable! These things never happened under the old ownership. Looks like I'll be going somewhere else in the future.

Had an appointment for today for 10:30 we arrived at 10:25 and the building was completely dark. Weve received text reminders all week, we took off work for no one to be there. Beyond unprofessional and a waste of time.

I have never been treated as unprofessionally by a tax service in my whole life ! They totally messed up my taxes and now I wont be able to file on time for the first time in my life! Last time I will ever use them ! Not even to count the change in my piggy bank ! DO NOT USE THEM !!!

Shauntresse Hookfin was very knowledgeable fast and courteous. Very pleasant to talk to . I will recommend my family and friends to her every year .

I was very satisfied with my experience with Liberty Tax. Shauntresse was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to have her as my tax person again!
