Not sure how I feel. I hired Samoes to clean my carpets. The living room which was not very dirty at all looked fine. The den, which was my biggest concern, left me a little disappointed.I used to have a sectional sofa and I entertain a lot. As a result many feet and spilled food/drinks have soiled the carpet. The stains didn't come out.The stars are for the price, and professionalism and friendliness of the owner who scheduled my service, and the men who came and completed the job.
