The worst establishment ever smh. Im an actual Northwell employee and I will making a report about this location with yall HR team and regional staff. I booked an appointment to get my wisdom tooth pull at this establishment since December. I sent my information (insurance, photo ID, and referral) over to their staff Ashley via email as she requested and Im not even sure what that person did with my personal information, for all I know she could be using my information to scam. Im highly upset because I requested off of work for my appointment for this coming Monday. Its Friday no response for instructions and sadly no response for 3 whole months . Good luck getting through by phone, they never answer the phone and Im very upset because theyve wasted my time for 3 whole months and I couldve gotten my tooth pulled elsewhere. I dont think Michael Dowling would want to hear about how such an unprofessional office is running his establishment. This is GHETTO do BETTER!.

My child had an oral surgery here over 2 weeks ago, they gave me numbers to call for post op appointment. Let me tell you, I have called all those numbers, including other numbers that were given to me when I called the listed numbers, no one who answered my calls (after several calls) knew anything! Everyone was clueless, infact, some of them do not know what post op means. I left a million messages, no one called me back, one operator even got mad at me for calling. The service is so poor here, it's painful.

Yes I am giving this a 0 star my book if I could I would give them this. So for starters I was trying my hardest to get through to them on the call correct and I was always sent straight to voicemail. Every time I try to call it just wouldnt happen like its almost as if they are too lazy to answer the phone. So then I get a text message saying to confirm my appointment to cancel it. I am only 19 so I wasnt entirely sure what to do so I had consult with my brother on what to do. So I saw a review where they try and gaslight you which is partially true because the lady was blaming me for not having a doctor in when there was PLENTY of doctors who could be able too actually do my cleaning. Later on the one who did was X-rays she was cool I liked her but my doctor on the other hand she was talking about me and sort of blaming me for coming in to my scheduled appointment and wasnt exactly clear as to she was going to do with me. So if you plan on coming here PLEASE save your time and money from this place it aint worth it
