Hardly Get anyone to answer the phone. Always get stuck waiting on hold even if the Automated prompter Says you have "1" person ahead of you "you can remain on hold or have someone return your call when they become available . " Ok, "1 person ahead of me " not too bad, guess I'll remain on hold. So you wait, then wait , then wait & finally after a few minutes of holding & hearing the same repeated automated option to remain on the line or have someone call you back, I decided to opt for the call back option. Been 15mins so far and still havent gotten a call. So much for thinking you were next in line. This is not the 1st time I have experienced this with this office. More like the 3rd time . Please Do Better Femmpro .

Dolly and I went for our annual OBGYN visit. Dr. Yarrel Ametewee was an absolute pleasure! She was so kind, insightful and made sure to inform me of what she was doing. She answered all of my questions and offered suggestions about the issues that I was experiencing. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a 12:15 appointment and arrived about 30 min early to fill out 4 forms as a new patient. They also have an online portal where you can receive your results and communicate with your doctors. Theres limited parking on the property but theres space across the street. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Ametewee! Wonderful experience!

I love this office. Everyone is friendly and I never have to wait long. I have seen both Melissa Banfield and Yarrell Ametewee. They were both extremely patient, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I feel confident that I am in good hands at this office.
