I consulted the IAMAT before a trip to SE Asia. There were some conflicting vaccine recommendations among the US, Canada and UK government health department sites. The IAMAT promptly responded with their perspective and clarifications. I found it to be a valuable opinion.
I have not had the need to use their physician referral service while traveling, but I believe it is a worthwhile service and I am pleased that it is available should I need it while traveling.
I will continue to support this organization.
