      image The cab driver in car 4028 was speeding through Marshall’s parking lot plaza recklessly just missed hitting my 8 year old kid who was crossing and already in the middle of street by a hair. If it wasn’t for my husband grabbing her, who knows she may be dead! The driver was apparently in a rush to pick someone up at dollar tree and when my husband confronted him about the situation and his reckless driving he said to my husband that my daughters life doesn’t matter cus he didn’t hit her. There is a law in New York State pedestrians have the right of way when crossing the street that apparently the driver doesn’t know how to follow and shame on this taxi driver and company for not giving a crap about a kids life. When i called the cab company they don’t want to hear your complaint and hang up on you. I did call Newburgh police department to let them know.
