VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ... My sons first appointment was cancelled as he sat in the waiting room .. the explanation was that a text wasnt answered so the appointment was cancelled... I was given a new appointment 6 months later for my son and as we were enroute i recieved a text CONFIRMING the Appointment. So being Proactive I called to ensure them that we were enroute. The lady says that they have no TECH to perform the service and she said that I should have received a VOICEMAIL cancelling the day before. THIS while we are on the way there.!!!! THIS makes twice that this location showed no regard for our time and offered no real UPPER management to talk to at all. TERRIBLE OVERALL customer service for a location thats closing perhaps because of these type of occurences. sincerely an ex-customer DLJ

Very profecional, people are very kind , Doctor Gross is super profecional I had one extraction and for the first time in my life I didn't feel any pain, I will recommend this Dental Group with all my heart . This office is a joke. Front desk staff is super unprofessional, yelling at me on the phone after I was trying to clarify the billing information. How they have such high ratings is surprising. The dentist was okay - though my filling fell out 2 months after getting it so there’s that too.
