My grand daughter gets her braces here,and they are rude to her,and they actually made her cry. I,'m not very happy how they treated her today. This is unacceptable.

I chose this location because its close to home and Ive had friends get their braces done here. The receptionist is always polite and greets you as soon as you walk in. The only issue I have is that the other staff arent social with their patients, they dont interact or speak to the child that may be feeling uneasy..... No interaction at all. We still have a long way to go and I hope my opinion changes, but so far, not impressed.
