Clay is a stand up guy. Hands down best decision to call. At first communication was through email but being a busy guy- I understood. We actually got paid for closing!! This guy knows his stuff. I would call and simply ask for pointers on what budget to look in and he had no problem telling me what and why and what to watch out for. Highly highly recommend Im very surprised more havent rated him.

Communication is terrible, never met the guy. Only communicated through email and voicemail, could never get a hold of him on the phone. I was approved for a loan quickly, but after that everything seemed slow.
