It’s a ladies store, and yet , i was able to find great , classy yet unusual and original accessories for myself as well . Awesome customer service too . Unbeatable !!!!

Whenever you’re in NY city, stay away from this place. Especially the one on 8th Avenue. I got a flowy dress from this place. At the check out, I asked the lady who was around if I could return this if whom I’m buying it for didn’t like it. She said “Yes, but within 14 days and with the receipt. She also informed me if I pay in cash, the return will be in the form of a physical check.” I paid by card. Within a week I was back at this store to return it. The person at the counter says it can’t be returned but only exchanged. When I asked why he said it was a sale item. How was I supposed to know if it was a sale items. The bill said $49 and that’s it, it did not reflect any discounts what so ever. I patiently tried to reason with him and he called another of his employees. Probably a “manager” of the store. She was more of a “damager” clearly! Absolutely disrespectful and horrible attitude. She keeps asking what she can do but does not listen. She keeps talking rudely and says she can do nothing about this and can pick anything else from the store. I look around to realize what they did is literally “everything is on sale” They jack up the price of a dress to $100 and put a new sticker saying $50 This business is bad customer service , misinforming the customer, rude staff. Good bless this store if they employee people like her. She gave me a gift card worth $50 and now I have to forcefully buy something worth that much form this awful place. Cannot believe Covid situation has taught the nothing about survival and competition.
