      image The customer service here recently borders on abysmal. Struggling through the door (whether you have a difficult bag or a walker or stroller full of kids)? No one will help you. Ask for a recommendation? Youll get pointed to the highest priced wine, or receive a platitude. Trying to pay? Expect some attitude. Its really an unpleasant experience, and coming from other stores I wish they had more knowledgeable and friendlier staff.
      I heard the old owners were the nicest people, and that its the new management thats been the source of the unpleasant (honestly rude) service. I do hope they change!!
