Ruth at Fully Centered has been incredible. I've been seeing her monthly for 2 years after living with a herniated disc and throwing out my back. She's been a vital asset to my recovery and the best massage therapist I've ever had(I've seen about 10). She customizes every massage to how my body's feeling at that time, almost always goes over are agreed 60 minute sessions, follows up with me days after, and even provides exercises/stretches to help before/after my massage. She's never cancelled on me once, she always seems to be in a good mood, and I now have the ability to fully exercise without any pain. Again, the BEST.

She listens to my concerns and tailors each bodywork session to my specific needs. These sessions are keeping me young. I so appreciate her help and her expertise. Thanks for aligning my fascia:)

Ruth at Fully Centered is the real deal! If you have pain, Ruth has a whole "toolkit" of techniques to alleviate what ails you. I have had chronic back pain since high school and have struggled to get relief for years. I would go get a "massage" and while it may have been relaxing or even felt good, it wasn't effective in eliminating or minimizing my pain. Ruth, on the other hand, takes an entirely different approach to traditional massage. She targets the areas that give you pain and uses her magic fingers to rub, roll, or smooth it out of your body. Beyond that, she's also incredibly knowledgable about the body, human physiology, etc, so she knows exactly which areas to work on beyond your "trigger" spots (because everything is connected) to get rid of the pain. She also has great post-massage care tips that have been extremely helpful to me, including specific stretches and exercises, taking a bath with epsom salts, taking magnesium, and seeing a really great chiropractor for maintenance.Seriously, Ruth has saved me multiple times when my back pain was awful. Once, it was so bad, I had to leave dinner because I was nauseous and had flu-like symptoms. Ruth saw me the next day, gave me a healing massage, and some tips to help alleviate the pain over the next couple of days. It really did wonders.Thank you Ruth, for all of your skill, knowledge, and advice!
